Bookings & workshops
How do I book a workshop?
Pick your workshop on the “Our Workshops” page, choose your city, your date and the number of participants, then confirm your booking online. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
Do I need any experience to take part?
Not at all! Our workshops are open to everyone, right from beginner level. Our artisans guide you step by step until you have made your own piece.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the workshop starts. To reschedule or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking number.
Where do the workshops take place?
We welcome you in our two studios: Casablanca (39 Rue Aït Ourir) and Rabat (Avenue des consuls). The exact address is given on each workshop page and in your confirmation email.
Can children take part?
Yes, most of our workshops are suitable for accompanied children (usually from age 6). Our instructors can run sessions in French, Arabic or English.
Do I take my creation home?
Of course! You leave with the piece you made. Some techniques need drying time, so a short wait may be necessary — we explain everything on the day.
Gift cards
How do gift cards work?
Choose a 100, 300 or 500 MAD gift card on the “Gift Cards” page, enter the recipient’s name and place your order. Once payment is confirmed, a unique code is generated and sent by email — to you, or straight to the recipient if you provided their address.
How long is a gift card valid?
Each code is valid for 12 months from purchase, and can be used in one go on any of our workshops and craft kits.
How do I redeem a gift code?
Simply enter the code in the “Promo code” field at checkout, whether in the shop or when booking a workshop. The gift card amount is deducted automatically.
Kits & delivery
How long does kit delivery take?
Our kits are carefully prepared by our artisans and delivered anywhere in Morocco within 24 to 48 hours, with order tracking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payment is fully secure. Get in touch if you would rather pay another way — we will find a solution.
Can I return a kit?
Yes, you have 30 days to return an unopened kit. Please contact us beforehand so we can arrange the return.
Companies & groups
Do you run workshops for companies?
Yes! Team building, seminars, client events… We organise bespoke private workshops, in our studios or at your premises. More than 200 companies have already trusted us. Request a quote on our Events page.
Do you host private events (birthdays, hen parties…)?
Absolutely — our workshops can be booked privately for groups: birthdays, hen parties, school trips or a get-together with friends. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and the number of participants.
Which languages are the workshops run in?
Our instructors run sessions in French, Arabic (Darija) and English — just tell us your preference when you book.
